Manage administrative agency charges and attorney demand letters from intake through resolution
Draft position statements and respond to agency information requests
Represent clients in settlement negotiations and remote mediations
Maintain consistent communication with clients and agencies
Operate within a structured, tech-enabled workflow system
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of employment law experience
Barred in good standing in the state of residence
Familiarity and experience with administrative agency charges - both state and federal level preferred
Frequently work with the EEOC
Preferred states: California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and Washington, DC
Role Structure:
Full-time, remote position
Reduced billable hour requirement (1,500 hours total annually)
No travel or business development expectations
