Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a reputable Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing firm in Clearwater, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for a responsible and eager-to-learn individual to secure a long-term position with an established company. The role involves assisting engineers with client reports, job proposals, and billing invoices, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities



  • Accurately provide reports, proposals, and invoices based on project deadlines.

  • Generate various weekly status reports on client jobs.

  • Open and close jobs as needed, managing the client database efficiently.

  • Assist other team members with answering phone calls.

  • Proofread engineering reports and proposals to ensure accuracy.


Qualifications



  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and PDF editing.

  • Familiarity with Standard Government Forms (SF 330) is a plus.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Required Work Hours



The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Additional Details



The salary range for this position is $20 to $22 per hour.
